Seti

Seti is one of the 14 zone that lies in Nepal. It is named after the Seti River as Seti river flows in it. It lies in Far-Western Development Region. Seti zone is one of the least developed zone of Nepal. There are lack of transportation in this zone as most part of this zone are very remote and the path is very dangerous for transportaion to run on it. Seti zone contain all three geographical region which are Mountain Region, Hilly Region and Terai Region. Dipayal is the headquarters of this zone. Seti zone consist of five district which are Achham Bajhang Bajura Doti Kailali. Its neighbouring zone is Mahakali, Karnali and Bheri. The main occupation of this zone is Agriculture while Trade, Tourism and Animal Husbandry are side occupation of this zone. The climate of this zone is hot, cold and dry. Kaptad National park etc are one of the important tourist area of this zone.
